How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days with everything. To start it we check your card with a ₦100 charge that is voided straight away. If you don't cancel, your plan starts when the trial ends.
What counts as a location?
A cinema building with its own screens. You pay for each location that is open, however many screens it has.
Who pays the online fee?
You choose. Customers can pay it as a booking fee on top of the ticket price, or you can include it in your prices.
What happens if a payment fails?
We retry for 7 days. If it still hasn't gone through, selling pauses until the plan is paid.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
