Why we built it.
Cinema software tends to assume card payments, a single site and a vendor's installer before the first ticket is sold.
Cinemas here take cash, card on POS terminals and bank transfers on the same day, often across more than one location, with a cash-up at the end of every shift. RightRock starts from that: a box office that is quick under pressure, a door that can't be fooled, and a cash-up that adds up.
An owner can sign up, draw their screens and sell a ticket the same day, from a browser on the computers they already have.
What we hold to.
Every number comes from a sale.
Totals are worked out from recorded sales, refunds and counts, never typed in, so the report, the drawer and the bank tell the same story.
Money is never edited.
Sales, refunds and shift corrections are added as new records, so there is always a trail back to who did what.
People see what their job needs.
Staff see only the locations and actions they're given.
The counter comes first.
The fewest steps from choosing a showing to handing over a ticket, because the queue is the moment that matters.
